Oil Cooling

Serck's shell and tube oil coolers provide oil/liquid cooling for a wide range of applications such as:

• Transmissions
• Torque Converters
• Hydraulic Oil Cooling
• Compressor Oil Cooling
• Engine Oil Cooling

Serck's expertise in shell and tube finned bundles provide a low weight, compact design with the capability for strip down and cleaning.  A cylindrical shape offers unique packaging flexibility that makes it easier to integrate Serck coolers into different applications.

The floating tube bundle design makes the cooler extremely reliable by eliminating stress caused by differential thermal expansion, with a variety of standard materials to select from. 

Oil cooler products fall into four categories:

• AN - high efficiency secondary surface (finned) oil coolers in either aluminium or copper, with segmental baffles
• AM - ultra high efficiency secondary surface (finned) oil coolers in either aluminium or copper, with disc and ring baffles
• AA and AR plain tube units for high viscosity oils and other specialist applications

Housing and waterboxes can be supplied from standard range parts or bespoke to suit customer installations.
