Our product range includes a wide selection of various profiles, shapes and dimensions covering almost any possible heat-transfer application, e.g. flat-oval tubes for radiators and heater components, rectangular profiles for charge-air-coolers and special design oil coolers, round or oval tubes for parallel flow condensers, serpentine evaporators as well as for transmission oil coolers and header manifolds, to name but a few.

Some examples:
- Dimpled Tubes for high performance radiators and heater cores to increase the turbulence of the fluid and therefore the heat transfer by breaking the boundary layers layers inside the tube.
- Double - or even - Multi-Chamber Tubes for high pressure applications and superior performance.
- Form-Free Ends: Tubes with dimples and/or multi-channel shapes can also be manufactured with the form and dimples eliminated from the tube ends.

BLT | Boundary Layer Turbulence Tubes
A new generation of insertion tubes
BLT Tubes are internally stamped, round, welded tubes from aluminum alloys and are intended for use in compact, efficient heat exchangers, where they also provide a highly cost-effective solution.
Applications:
Round BLT-Tubes are principally used for mobile and stationary heat exchangers, especially in refrigeration and air conditioning technology. These tubes are usually processed into modules and systems by means of a mechanical expansion process. Subsequently, they may be brazed to other components.
The ARUP production process enables almost any turbulator structure to be applied to the inner surface of the tube to adapt the heat transfer coefficient to the required purpose.
