ARUP Alu-Rohr und Profil GmbH was founded in 1987. Previously it was a division of a group of companies which had been manufacturing HF-welded aluminum tubes since 1976. In 1996 ARUP was purchased and successfully integrated into the Thermal Components Group of Companies which later - in August 2000 – became ThermaSys Corporation.
Today ARUP is the worldwide leading and most versatile manufacturer of THIN-Wall HF-Welded Aluminum Tubing Products designed specifically for automotive and non-automotive heat transfer applications.
